    Project aims at:

        • raising awareness of the European social dialogue outcomes and improving understanding of workers and their representatives of the opportunities and challenges in the world of work resulting from the digital transformation
        • developing action plan, good practices and recommendations to support workers’ organizations to mutually benefit from the opportunities and deal with the challenges in a partnership approach
        • organising network (TUDO – Trade Union Digitalization Officers) and exchange of information
        • promoting good practices and positive outcomes of the digital transformation and the role and impact the social dialogue can play in the process for social development and economic effects in the partner countries and other EU Member States
        • exploring the necessity for amendment of the existing national legal frameworks in order to enhance the implementation of the European Social Partners’ Framework Agreement on Digitalisation and to make suggestions to the relevant institutions.
        • guiding workers and their representatives on how to approach job transition in the future, building their capacity to further deal with the implementation of European Social Partners Framework Agreement.

          • Kick off meeting, online, on 31.10.2023,
          • preparation of Manual for TUDOs
          • 3 training courses for TUDO (21.02.2024 online; 27.02.2024 online; 6-7-8.03.2024 in Malaga, Spain)
          • Working session to prepare the Action Plan, online, on 8-9.05.2024.
          • Mid-term Steering Committee, online, on 12.06.2024.
          • 3 TUDO network meetings (17.10.2024 online, 17.01.2025 online and 03.03.2025 online)
          • Informative seminars in 9 partners countries
          • Follow up event + live streaming (23.04.2025, online)
